Blue Mountain Artisan Guild (BMAG) is a designated 501 (c) 3 non-profit.  We depend on donations, membership dues, and show fees to operate.  The BMAG does not charge a commission on our artists' works sold.  Our Guild is dedicated to promoting the arts for children, the handicapped, the elderly, and anyone interested in fine arts.  We offer Classes and workshops periodically throughout the year and we present 6 two month long themed shows during the year, as well as some of our artists pay a yearly fee for a space of their own to display the own works. Children's classes are held during the summer months.  The Guild includes artisans from many mediums, which include leather works, stained glass, metal work, fabric art, woodworking, ceramics, pottery, weaving, photography, quilting, hand made jewelry, sculpture, quilling, soap making, candle making, painting in all mediums ~ oil, acrylic, watercolor, pastels, graphite, pen and ink, and mixed media, tables, to say the least our talents are broad.  Artisans are from Pomeroy and surrounding small towns near Pomeroy.

All of us at the BMAG Art Center would like to thank all of Pomeroy and  surrounding area donors for their continued support.   We would especially like to thank the members who take time out of their lives to sit the building everyday allowing us to keep doing, going and enabling us to provide teaching art, displaying art, and giving our community and people traveling through our community a place to come and enjoy. 

 

We are a completely handicap accessible facility, have free kids classes, and cater to the elderly.
